Is anyone as concerned for this reccession?
Q. This economical news is worse than anyone suspects, wait til 2009. America got sold out by Bush. Without these wars in Iraq and Afganistan and the war industry what other industry can support americans? Not the auto industry. How can you afford to bail out the AIG's and the banks, give tax rebates and not fix New Orleans or Texas. The states aren't recieving enough to support eduacation or health care. Yet giving money to banks and insurance companys is akin to welfare for the rich. Where is all that money going to come from. All they are going to do is print more money. A. First off, "economical" is that even a word? it definately isn't the right one for what you're trying to say As for blaming George Bush for the recession you are way out of line. Bush iscriticizedd for not placing heavy regulation on the economy - where in fact much of the regulation that the democrats proposed would actually have made the country worse off if they went into effect. It was the democrats that insisted companies give loans to people in spite of theirapparentt in ability to pay back said loans so as to "level the playing field". However it was these same loans that failed and caused the recession. You can't blame the administration for lacking regulation when the only other government interventions were the very downfall… [cont.]
